By agreeing to the terms and conditions you acknowledge that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil. Our products are manufactured in an FDA manufacturing facility and our products are manufactured in accordance with FDA guidelines. Our products have not been evaluated by the FDA, and we make no claims that our products will benefit you. If you choose to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions and your understanding that we do not claim that our products are intended to treat or cure any illness or disease. Prior to using our products you assume responsibility for any risks, and to minimize risks you agree to consult a your physician. All products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with products that you have purchased, simply return the unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 30 days, we will issue a credit, minus a $25.00 return fee. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.
DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING
All of our products are quality tested, and all shipments are carefully inspected prior to leaving our center. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. If you find that the packaging has been damaged, you must file a claim directly with UPS within 24 hours after receipt of the product to file a claim. The contents of the package is insured up to $100.
